Enrichment Activities for School Aged Kids

I've always loved working with children, long before having two of my own. I taught in preschools, worked as a nanny for several families, and tutored in Seattle Public Schools for years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Growing up in Seattle, my family really valued the creative arts and supported my interests. I strongly believe in the immense value creative expression holds particularly  for children's development. While pursuing my Master's at the UW, I took several Art classes and am forever continuing to learn more. More recently, I ran my own after school care program for Arbor Heights Elementary students. 

I created Madeleine' Kid's Classes because as a parent I've found there to be a lack of childcare and creative arts classes for kids in my area. My aim is to provide classes that meet both the need for kids to have new creative learning experiences while giving parents a break.
